Warranty Certificate 

Pinnacle pavers inc. Will warranty any paver installation initiated and Completed by pinnacle pavers for a period of one year from the date of the completion of the project.

Issues covered under the warranty:

• Installation deficiencies:  ( dependent on the reason for failure )
• Low or sinking pavers
• Separation of pavers
• Edge restraint failure
• Material deficiencies:  ( limited to manufacturer warranty )
• Complete broken or cracked pavers

Minor cracks incidental to the usual methods of manufacture, or minor chipping $ scratching resulting from customary methods of handling in shipment and delivery, shall not be deemed grounds for rejection.  (astm c 936 section 6.1) 

**pinnacle pavers inc. Will make final determination whether or not the product is has lost its structural integrity.

Issues not covered under the warranty

• Stains
• Growing weeds between pavers
• Loss of joint sand
• Fading
• Insects nesting in joints
• Efflorescence

** any materials applied to the pavers by the owner within the warranty period may result in the warranty being voided by pinnacle pavers inc.

Due to the inherent qualities of raw materials pavers delivered and installed may vary in color and texture from actual samples viewed at point of sale.
